World Mental Health Day

The pupils really enjoyed World Mental Health Day. The pupils read the story 'Ruby has a worry' by Tom Perival and discuss the Ruby's feelings and emotions. The pupils discussed their own emotions and how to look after themselves. The pupils enjoyed running outside in the sunshine and relaxed during meditation.
