Whilst we had great fun making pancakes together on Pancake Tuesday we also linked it with our Literacy topic on Instructional Writing. After our tasty creations, we then took the time to write up instructions for making pancakes. We know to use imperative/bossy verbs and to include ingredients and a method to make the instructions clear and simple.
